These companies will process the provided data under instructions of MEDfx and in compliance with this Privacy Policy. MEDfx complies with the California Online Privacy Protection Act of 2014 and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). MEDfx does not sell personal information and has not sold personal information nor shared personal information for commercial purposes in the preceding 12 months.

We typically collect this information (and have collected in the previous 12 months) in order to respond to your requests made through the website about our services, including requests for resources or other content, such as webinars, case studies, and white papers.
